One of the most important foundational aspects of any design project, big or small,

is the development of an accurate and detailed budget.

The initial consultaion fee is $150.00.

At Elaine Roberts Interior Design, we employ a no-surprise billing procedure. Included in all of our project proposals is an agreed upon design fee between the designer and client for our consulting services based on the scope of the project. 

​

Unlike other design firms, there is no minimum number of hours required when working with us. So, whether you require only an hour or two to consult on refining one room, staging a home, or are planning an extensive redesign of your home, we are happily to be at your service.

 

Design and consulting fees include planning, coordinating, project management, and material sourcing. 

 

Actual cost of products are not included with our design consultation fee. However, we will provide cost estimates for products and labor for construction, etc.
