Originally this dining room was a small, insignifigant room that was enclosed in walls. We opened the walls up to the rest of the home and added the antique pillars and coiffured ceiling. We added the architectural mirror feature and modernized the staircase.

Great day at the Atlanta Design Center! I met one of my favorite designers Amanda Nesbit! I enjoyed her presentation about adding color to create warm, inspiring, and welcoming rooms! I also bought her new book Dazzling Design! I highly recommend it. My goal is to create my own book about design and travel.
